Our Story

Tahlequah Farmer's Market has been a cherished local attraction in Cherokee County for nearly two decades. Established to support local farmers and small businesses, our market serves as a vibrant hub for community engagement and fresh, locally sourced products. Join us every Saturday from April through October to explore a diverse selection of produce, handmade goods, and unique offerings from our vendors. As we celebrate our 19th year in 2025, we remain committed to fostering a sustainable and thriving local economy. Our market is more than just a place to shop; it's a gathering space where relationships are nurtured, and traditions are celebrated. Experience the heart of our community and be part of our story.

Our Mission

Tahlequah Farmer's Market is a nonprofit 501(c)3 run by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our mission is to provide local access to Northeast Oklahoma grown and made in Northeast Oklahoma products. We work to support the economic growth of Northeast Oklahoma's small farms and local artisans/crafters by providing a direct sales site and to educate the community about nutritional, health, economic and environmental benefits of buying direct from local producers.
