1. It is the vendor’s responsibility to know what permits, licenses, and certificates are required. ALL must be current and valid. This application is complete only when accompanied by ALL required documents (see checklist on page 3). Only complete applications will be considered.
2. All new applications are reviewed by the TFM Board of Directors and the Market Manager. Acceptance of new vendors into the market is at the discretion of the TFM Board of Directors.
